National Security and the First Amendment
Preservation of the security of the Nation from its enemies, foreign and domestic, is the obligation of government and one of the foremost reasons for government to exist. Pursuit of this goal may lead government officials at times to trespass in areas protected by the guarantees of speech and press and may require the balancing away of rights which might be preserved inviolate at other times.

Wearing a Free Speech and Religion Hat does not give any individual or organization a free pass for criminal activity or a
license to propagate:
Sedition, Misprision of treason, Treason, or Subversion of the US Constitution.
Any organization whether religious, Mob, Mafia, KKK or Islam that Incites Violence, Murder, Honor killing daughters, Beating wives, Stoning wives, Pedophilia disguised as child-matrimony, Amputations and Beheadings IS A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION PROMOTING CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR. 
These uncivilized brutal barbarisms designed to terrorize and subjugate illiterate desert nomads have no place in Western Civilization.
A flimsy and transparent charade of Religion does not legalize giving aid, comfort or adherence to enemies of the United States, and especially with whom we are presently at war. For this reason alone, US mosques should be shut down for their collusion, conspiracy, commiseration, ideological, strategical and financial adherences to enemies of the state.
Laws of Treason Insurrection, Sedition and Misprision of Treason were written in the knowledge that a state will cease to exist if it does not monitor and deal with threats and enemies seeking to subvert and overthrow its constitutional liberties and happiness.
If an organization, such as the KKK or Islam, perpetually fosters and incites violence, racial and religious hatred and advocates the overthrow and replacement of the United States government with a lethal Theocracy and brutal Sharia Law through force, the United States is obligated to obliterate that threat.
Once one is familiar with the Q'uran, Hadith & Sira taught in every mosque, it becomes clear why Muslims have, for 1400 years, used mosques to infiltrate and subvert foreign states to support Islam's primary dictate: Replace every non-Islamic government, law and Constitution with Islamic Sharia Theocracy. The Q'uran is the unifying energizing force and operations manual for insurrection and war.
Mosques are incubators that hatch Islamic plans to sabotage and subvert the United States Government.
Muslims strategizing in Mosques have successfully overthrown 66 governments through Creeping Sharia, Jihad violence, Treason, stealthy subversion and outright Insurrection.
ISLAM IS ILLEGAL AND MUST BE BANNED or we forfeit America to Islamic Theocracy.
Here is US Code TITLE 18 carrying a DEATH PENALTY for aiding enemies of the United States:
TITLE 18, PART I, CHAPTER 115 , § 2383
§ 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned.
TITLE 18, PART I, CHAPTER 115 , § 2385
§ 2385 - Advocating overthrow of Government
Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, advises, teaches the duty, necessity, desirability or propriety of overthrowing the government of the United States or prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the same or:
Whoever organizes, helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the same; or gains membership, association or affiliates with any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the aforementioned purposes thereof: Shall be fined or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof.
First Amendment and Religious Protection Laws OFFER NO HARBOR FOR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, TREASON, MISPRISION OF TREASON o r displaying materials that advocate & teach the desirability of subverting or overthrowing the US Government & its Constitution.
